Deliveries & Returns

The Order

The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by CODAGE Paris. CODAGE Paris reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer is already in dispute with CODAGE Paris or if CODAGE Paris believes that the Customer is at risk of defaulting on payment. CODAGE Paris reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information if it considers it necessary, such as proof of identity or proof of address. If the Customer does not respond within 5 days of placing the order, the order and payment shall be cancelled. CODAGE Paris undertakes to honour the orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.

Deliveries in France

Our shipping times are as follows:

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 2pm will be dispatched the following day.
For orders placed from Friday after 2pm to Sunday evening, the order will be dispatched the following Monday.
For orders placed on public holidays, the order will be dispatched the next working day.

The Customer has the choice between several delivery methods, whose costs and times vary:

For all purchases under €50
Colissimo home: 7,90€
Chronopost 13h: calculated according to the address and the weight of the parcel

For all purchases over 50€.
Colissimo home : Free
Chronopost 13h: calculated according to the address and the weight of the parcel

Delivery in the European Union and French overseas departments and territories

For all purchases under €120
Colissimo/DPD : 7,90€

For all purchases over 120€.

Colissimo / DPD : Free
Chronopost 13h: calculated according to the address and the weight of the parcel

Delivery in the U.S., U.K., Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Sweden

For all purchases under 80€
FEDEX Standard : 20,90€
FEDEX Express : calculated according to the address and the weight of the parcel

For all purchases under 150€
FEDEX Standard : 10,90€
FEDEX Express : calculated according to the address and the weight of the parcel

For all purchases under 200€
FEDEX Standard : 7,90€
FEDEX Express : calculated according to the address and the weight of the parcel

For all purchases over 200€.
FEDEX Standard : Free
FEDEX Express : calculated according to the address and the weight of the parcel

Delivery in the rest of the world

Delivery is made by FEDEX or DPD according to rates automatically calculated according to the delivery address and the weight of the package

Returns, exchanges and refunds

At CODAGE Paris, we are committed to offering you a premium experience. If you are not fully satisfied with a product, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions :

To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unopened, unused, and in their sealed original packaging;
- Be purchased exclusively from our website codageparis.com

We are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened and/or used products;
- Customized myCODAGE items;
- Gift cards.

Return Procedure
To ensure a smooth and traceable process, please follow the steps below:

Submit a return request via our live chat or by contacting our customer service at info@mycodage.com, including:

- Your order number;
- The item(s) you wish to return;
- The reason for return;
- Whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the error is ours.

Share the tracking link with us as soon as your return is dispatched.

Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on compliance with the return policy.

Refunds
If your return is approved a refund will be issued to your original payment method;
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note :

- If your order included a conditional gift, it must also be returned if the remaining order value no longer meets the offer’s criteria.

- If you are returning your entire order, any free gift or sample received as part of a promotion must also be returned in order for the refund to be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@mycodage.com with supporting photos. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
