Health information

Please inform us when booking of any health restrictions (allergies, surgical interventions, pregnancy...).

Cancellation policy

We kindly ask that any modification or cancellation be made at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled treatment.
Failing this, the full treatment fee will be applied.

Arrival at the spa

We invite you to enjoy the wellness facilities prior to your treatment and to arrive at the spa reception at the time of your appointment.

Please note that any delay will result in an equivalent reduction in treatment time.

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the wellness area during their visit.

Upon arrival, all necessary amenities will be provided for your comfort, including towels, slippers, and robes.

Access to the Wellness Area

For any treatment booking of 60 minutes or more, you will receive one hour of complimentary access to the Wellness Area. If you book a treatment lasting less than 60 minutes, or if you prefer not to have a treatment, you may still enjoy the Wellness Area for an access fee of €50. Booking is required.
