Book your treatment
To book your treatment, please contact the spa by phone at +33(0)1 80 40 76 50 or email at kimptonspa@mycodage.com, or book your treatment online. We recommend you to arrive minimum 10 minutes in advance to make the most of your treatment. All our massages are well-being treatments and are nontherapeutic.
Health conditions
Please inform us in our questionnaire about any medical conditions or medical treatment. When you make your reservation, we will please you to tell us more about your state of health, on going drug therapies, or any allergies or wounds you may have so that we can offer you suitable treatments tailored as closely as possible to your needs. This will be done thanks to a health questionnaire.
If you do not wish to fill out the form, we will ask you to sign a medical release form before the treatment is performed.
When using the hammam, please remember that the heat from the hammam is not recommended for people with circulatory issues, high blood pressure, respiratory problems, and its access is forbidden to pregnant women and and children under 16.
Delays or cancellations
In case of late arrival, your treatment will be unfortunately shortened.
For any cancellation, please inform us at least four hours before the appointment. Otherwise, your treatment will be fully charged.
Respect for others
To respect the well-being and tranquility of everyone, we invite you to turn off your mobile phone, avoid shouting or any other action that may disturb the calm.
